Great Price and Product
This charger works fine,not to mention the same thing would have been $80 from Dell. The only draw back is my dell charger had a 2 prong wall plug and this one has 3. Also, this charger does charge my laptop, not just keep it on.
Works well with my Inspiron 1501
This charger is eerily similiar to my original Dell charger, with the empty dell logo on the top of the adapter. Works well charging my 1501, and for all intents and purposes appears to be nearly identical in every way (literally, every way) to my other charger. The only reason I did not rate this product a full 5 stars is because the charging speed is significantly slower than the other charger. I don't know if its because my original charger charged to fast, so thats why the charger burnt out, but it does take a few hours to fully charge my 9-cell battery. This is with about a half hour of using it. Great shipping options when purchased from the featured merchant, Osprey Talon. Good hunting. :)
